All the people who use laptop Please Don't try this at home on your bed.

A couple lost their 25 year old son, Arun Gopal Ratnam, in a fire at home on June 4th. The son who had graduated with MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison two weeks earlier had come home for a while. He had lunch with his dad at home and decided to go back to to clean up his hostel room. His father told him to wait, to meet his mother, before he went back for a few days. Arun decided to take a nap while waiting for his mom to come back home from work.

Some time later their neighbors called 911 when they saw black smoke coming out of the house. Unfortunately, 25 years old Arun died in the three year old house. It took several days of investigation to find out the cause of the fire. It was determined that the fire was caused by the lap top resting on the bed.

When the lap top was on the bed cooling fan did not get the air to cool the computer and that is what caused the fire. He did not even wake up to get out of the bed because he died of breathing in carbon monoxide.

The reason of writing this to all is that many of us using our lap top while in bed. Let us all decide and make it a practice not to do that. The risk is real. Let us make it a rule not to use the lap top on bed or put the computer on bed with blankets and pillows around.

Please educate as many people as you can.

EXPERIENCE........

A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure out how to fix the engine.

Then they brought in an old man in his eighties who had been fixing ships since he was a young man. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully from top to bottom.

Two of the ship's owners were there watching this man and hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away. The engine was fixed!

A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars.

"What?!" the owners exclaimed. "He hardly did anything!"

So they wrote the old man a note saying, "Please send us an itemized bill."
The man sent a bill that read:

Tapping with a hammer...... ......... $ 1.00
Knowing where to tap.......... ......... $ 9,999.00

Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort makes all the difference!!!!!!!!!!!!
and Knowing where to make an effort is called "EXPERIENCE", so respect people with that!!!!!

Sachin Tendulkar - Scores the first ever double century

A great day for Sachin Tendulkar the master blaster , as he left ground with the an open challange by scoring the first ever double century in one-day international cricket with a flawless batting of South Africa at Roop Singh Stadium on Wednesday, helping India seal the three-match series with a game to spare.
Tendulkar finished with 200 not out breaking the previous highest score of 194, jointly made by Zimbabwe's Charles Coventry against Bangladesh in Bulawayo last August and Pakistan's Saeed Anwar against India at Chennai in May 1997.
Tendulkar carried his bat through all 50 overs, reaching the landmark in the last over at 147th ball to help India a big score 401-3 and a big win by 153 runs.
South Africa, which lost the first match by 1 run, was all out for 248 in the 43rd over despite a fighting unbeaten 114 by AB de Villiers.
The nearly 30,000 in the partisan crowd went delirious as Tendulkar surpassed the previous highest score in one-dayers with two off fast bowler Wayne Parnell behind short fine leg in the 46th over.
Tendulkar's previous best was 186 not out against New Zealand at Hyderabad in November 1999.
